3. Booking & Payment

• Discovery calls are complimentary and have no obligation.

• Paid sessions/packages must be paid in advance to confirm your booking.

• Custom packages and pricing will be agreed upon in writing before engagement.

We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service if necessary.

 

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be forfeited or subject to a rebooking fee, at our discretion.
